No public video links
Original and annotated videos are delivered only after authentication and authorization. Storage filenames are randomized and never shown to players.
Young players stay private by default.
CricGenz requires consent before private video processing and keeps automated evidence separate from qualified Coach guidance.
Consent at the right moments
Player registration records Guardian contact details but does not grant video consent. A verified Guardian account must grant the current consent policy before a minor Player video can be processed.
Limited access
The Player, an assigned verified Coach, and specifically authorized Academy or administrative users may access an analysis. Other Players and Coaches are blocked.
Coach remains important
Computer vision and provisional scoring do not replace a qualified cricket Coach. AI feedback is shown only when a validated result exists and is always labelled separately.
Before recording
- Use a clear, safe practice space and suitable equipment.
- Keep the full player visible and the phone stationary.
- Avoid recording unrelated children or bystanders.
- Stop immediately if the player feels pain, dizziness or unsafe movement.
Need a correction or deletion?Contact the CricGenz Administrator or Academy that activated the Player account. Requests can then be handled against the verified private account.
